Who we are

The portal emiliaromagnatalentieinnovazione.aster.it  is operated by ART-ER with the objective of guiding and attracting young talents in Emilia-Romagna, promoting opportunities for study, training and employment in the innovative areas identified in the  Regional Smart Specialization Strategy (S3).

The portal is the digital desk for S3 AREA spaces.
